Time for a kiddie craft post - one that uses up bits of old magazines you may have lying around... Me and Mally made this for Sian's birthday at the weekend:

... and some Stitched Word Search Cards

Wow! You can really tell we've been blogging for over a year - this time last year I was making these Space Invader Cards for Dunc and Sach (my brother) who's birthdays are a day apart. This year I decided to venture into printing on fabric to make these cards.

... and our 1st Anniversary!

Looking back, it's amazing to see how far we have come and what we have learnt along the way. It has been fantastic 'meeting' so many lovely people and being able to share some of our crafty adventures.

... and Space Invader Pop-up Cards

These cards are brilliant! I cannot stress that enough! Don't worry, I'm not being arrogant - they are directly from minieco, complete with free printable template and very clear instructions!
I'd seen these on craftgawker and saved them to my (ever growing) favourites folder waiting for the right occasion... which just happened to be early in February where it was Dunc's birthday one day and my brother's the very next day!

... and a Tea Towel Bag

Having seen this tea towel in a charity shop, I thought it was something that my Mum would like (she's Welsh and she loves to cook!!). As you may know, for Christmas this year we decided to attempt to make some handmade pressies :)  So with this in mind I came up with the idea of making this into a tote style bag!
