... and a Visit to the Inspired Craft Fair

Hello! Yesterday we decided to take a break from making things, and do some Christmas shopping. As well as making our own presents, we are trying to buy handmade as much as possible this year...

Inspired hold regular craft fairs around the county, yesterday's was in Swallowfield, in Wokingham. We were amazed by the the range and quality of the products available and came away with a few pressies. Here is a snippet direct from Inspired's website of what was in store for us today:

The hall will be decked and packed full of fabulous Christmas gift ideas...come and order beautiful Christmas table decorations & wreaths from Margaret Finch, gorgeous handcrafted gemstone & silver jewellery, accessories and gifts for you and the home by Funky Olive, delicious local produce including hampers, jams & preserves from Hyde Hampers & scrummy fudge from Mummy Makes. There will be beautiful handcrafted lampwork beads & jewellery by Amanda Walters, a selection of talented local textile designers including knitted goodies from Angela Schmidand Wood & Woolstunning handcrafted felt animals by Michelle Leahair, beautiful felt creations by Fibre Art,baby blankets by Fancy That, beautiful creations by Craf T Bird and The Gingham Cat, to interiors & gifts fromRoz Edwards. There will be photographic delights from greetings cards to prints from local photographers Tom Way & Susan Gritti and fabulous handcrafted soaps byCamden Soaps & Bespoke Soap, Ceramics by Roelofs & Rubens and much, much more!
Why not take a break in The Cafe with a cup of tea and slice of yummy cake or have a delicious glass of mulled wine from Camden Mulled Wines.

PS. Mark from Camden Soap Works makes the BEST mulled wine ever! But only one of us got some as the other was driving ...!!!
